Since then, he has purchased and refurbished a luxury apartment on the west side of Hong Kong Island and transformed a derelict steam laundry into a multimedia studio. That experience inspired his first book, Landed: The expatriate’s guide to buying and renovating property in Hong Kong, and a companion audiobook. In 2010, he published his second book, Landed: The guide to buying property in Japan. Christopher lived in Tokyo from 1989 to 1992. He travels to Japan regularly with his consulting business, Dillon Communications Ltd.
