Japan Real Estate Investment Club (JREIC) is officially launched today, a new platform dedicated to the growing number of investors in Asia interested in the Japan real estate market. The platform will offer investors a broad range of options from tourism investment properties to prestigious Japanese residences for sale.

Niseko Kogen Kanko, a subsidiary of Tokyu Land, announced that they will be selling the Niseko Kogen Hotel to an undisclosed buyer for just over 1 billion Yen (12.8 million USD). The buyer is said to be a fund based in Asia.

The China Times reported that in the 7 months following the Tohoku disaster, Sinyi, one of Taiwan's largest real estate agencies sold 68 Japanese properties to Taiwanese buyers with a total value of 2.75 billion Yen (35 million USD).
